Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, analyze, and review structural elements for residential, commercial, and resort projects.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure safety, stability, and compliance with regulations.
  • Prepare structural drawings, calculations, and reports.
  • Monitor and evaluate site execution, ensuring adherence to approved structural designs.
  • Provide technical expertise to resolve on-site challenges.
  • Ensure cost-effectiveness while maintaining structural quality and safety standards..

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Structural Engineering (Master’s is an added advantage).
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in structural design and execution.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, IS standards, and construction practices.
  • Proficiency in structural design software (STAAD Pro, ETABS, AutoCAD, or equivalent).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
