Job Description:
The Civil Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising and managing all construction activities on-site. Your role will involve ensuring that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while adhering to safety regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of site progress, issues, and resolutions.
• Monitor material usage and procurement to avoid delays in the project.
• Assist in site planning, design modifications, and resolving technical issues that arise during construction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
