Job Description:
The Customer Relationship Executive will be the primary point of contact for our clients. Your role will involve addressing client inquiries, managing customer expectations, and ensuring a smooth experience throughout the construction process, from planning to post-construction.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing solutions.
  • Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction at every stage of the project.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, design, etc.) to provide timely updates to customers.
  • Help customers understand the LVM Homes process and guide them through site selection, construction, and handover.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and project progress.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer relations, preferably in construction or real estate.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
