LVM Homes is committed to transforming lives through our community-driven initiatives and sustainable practices
On his birthday, actor Unni Mukundan partnered with LVM Homes to rebuild the home of Annakutty, who had been living without a roof for years. After learning about Annakutty’s plight through media, Unni Mukundan promised to help, and LVM Homes took the lead in renovating and rebuilding her home. The key was handed over after completing tiling and painting work, with Unni Mukundan and Mukundan (Unni's father) personally attending the handover.
Annakutty’s small brick house collapsed during the 2018 floods, and after receiving four lakh rupees from the government to rebuild, a contractor abandoned the work. LVM Homes’ support has brought hope back to Annakutty’s life, and she is deeply grateful for this transformation.
LVM Homes, in association with Unni Mukundan, also made a meaningful contribution to the differently-abled community by providing 100 wheelchairs. This initiative was designed to improve mobility and support those who face physical challenges, enhancing their quality of life and access to opportunities.
As part of our continued commitment to the community, LVM Homes is pioneering cost-effective construction methods to provide homes for those in need through the EWS (Economically Weaker Sections) Housing Scheme. This initiative aims to build affordable, sustainable homes that empower families and ensure that no one is left behind in the journey toward homeownership.
