Job Description:
The Operations Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects. You will ensure the efficient and effective execution of projects, managing resources, coordinating with site teams, and ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor and report on the progress of projects, providing solutions to any operational challenges.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Manage the procurement of materials and resources for the project.
• Track project costs and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as an Operations Engineer in construction or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of construction management, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
