Job Description:
The HR & Admin Executive will be responsible for managing human resources functions, employee engagement, recruitment, and day-to-day administrative operations. You will play a key role in maintaining a positive work culture, ensuring compliance with policies, and supporting management in organizational growth.
Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Assist in performance management, training, and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Oversee general office administration, facilities management, and vendor coordination.
- Support management with HR reports, payroll coordination, and grievance handling.
- Organize company events, meetings, and communication activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and Administration.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with integrity.
